Hypnotherapy and NLP are powerful tool to help change behaviour by accessing the subconscious mind and reframing negative patterns to instil positive habits. Hypnotherapy can influence the subconscious mind and promote positive changes.

Hypnosis is not mind control. It's not being asleep or unconscious. It's an active process, and the subjective experience varies from person to person. Through guided hypnosis sessions, you can overcome your unique challenges, leading to lasting transformation and an improved quality of life.

What to expect

A hypnotherapy sessions usually last for about an hour. While one session can be helpful for some people, 4-8 sessions are usually recommended for real change to happen.

 

If you are too far from Redcliffs that is no problem, online sessions are available through zoom or google meet and are just as effective as in person.


During a clinical hypnotherapy session, you will first be taught techniques to hit pause on your unwanted behaviors and then guided into a state of relaxation that makes you more susceptible to desired changes, enabling the therapeutic use and benefit of suggestions and imagery to release negative feelings and rapidly integrate new behaviors, strategies, and strengths.


Whilst in hypnosis, you will still hear and know what is being said. You are aware of what is happening and are in control of your mind and body. Creative talents and abilities can be unlocked in the process. You can deliberately program your subconscious with beneficial ideas that have a post-hypnotic effect on your sleep, pain, anxiety and behaviours, restoring balance to your life.
