With a passion for learning, a lot of my time is dedicated to expanding my knowledge so I can use the right type of therapy to help you. With bodywork you will find that my methods of treatment have a different approach, but my primary aim is to help you achieve your pain free and rehab goals .
With 25 years of clinical massage experience, I specialise in pain, injury and post-surgical care. I always seek to identify the underlying causes of your pain and movement restrictions.

My hypnotherapy practise incorporates a client centred approach that aims to give you tools and techniques to empower you to overcome insomnia, sleep disorders, pain and achieve positive change. NZAPH member.
Your treatment focus will be client centred and holistic. I work with you to facilitate your healing and give you the tools to do so in your own home. You will be an active participant in your healing.
Collaborating closely with other allied health practitioners, my role as your therapist is to support and guide you, and find the missing links that are holding back your recovery and general health.
